Thank you for your patience as we slowly and safely reopen our locations for dining and carryout. We have been closely and carefully following the guidelines of the CDC, our local government and the National Restaurant Association. Know before you go! See below FAQ to help you safely return to our locations whether you’re dining in or carrying out.

Is my favorite location open?
Check the complete list below, and our restaurant websites (cafepatachou.com, napolesepizzeria.com, petitechoubistro.com, publicgreensurbankitchen.com) and click “locations” to view hours of operation and status of location openings. We will be updating these pages in real time!

Is it safe to dine in?
We historically have prided ourselves on our attention to detail including the quality and safety of our food, the upkeep and sanitation of our premises, and our staff practices as they relate to cleanliness. Extra steps are being taken to assure that our strict standards are being enforced and verified daily:

• Online ordering and reduced contact curbside take out
• Contact-free menus (QR code accessible menu)
• Enhanced premise sanitation procedures and deep-cleans (in effect since March 14)
• Enhanced hand washing, glove use, and masking practices (in effect since March 10)
• Socially distanced workspaces and dining rooms (in effect since March 10)
• First-In, Last-Out sanitation procedures (in effect since March 12)
• Daily health screenings and contact tracing of all staff

How does curbside carryout work?
You can order curbside carryout from open locations during their hours of operation. Links to order from your desired location will be on the menu pages of each restaurant’s website. After your order is placed, you will receive a pickup time via email. Pull up to the restaurant’s marked curbside carryout area and our staff will bring your order out to you!

What is Patachou Provisions?
Patachou Provisions is a menu of Patachou favorites packaged in bulk like Chicken Salad by the pound, Coffee by the pound, Tomato Artichoke Soup by the quart and more for carryout only. It is available for carryout at reopened Cafes Patachou during their hours of operation!
