Patachou People Project: 10 Years of Matt Dye

Happy 10 year anniversary to this guy, Matt Dye! Matt started out at Patachou as a server many moons ago before moving into our Patachou management training program where he progressed from assistant manger, to manager to new restaurant opening manager. Today, Matt is the Operations Manager for Napolese Pizzeria , Public Greens, and Petite Chou Bistro, a position that he helped create. And, sparked by his intense interest in all aspects of coffee, he also serves as our company’s coffee guru, overseeing coffee research & development, training, and roaster relations for all of our restaurants. “My goal is to keep good people in my company”, says Martha Hoover in a 2019 @foodandwine article naming Patachou Inc. a Great Place to Work, and Matt is living proof. He is also proof that the restaurant industry can provide more than dead-end jobs. Working for the right restaurant group matters and at Patachou real careers and real opportunities are a reality. #patapeeps #patachoupeopleproject #realfoodrealpeoplerealcareers
